Go After 10pm, You will have Your Marriage License in hand in about 20 minutes.
Just show a passport or driver license, fill out a single page application, pay the clerk $55 and you will be handed a marriage license.
Bring it with you, the minister will sign it and hand your copy to you after your wedding ceremony.
You are then legally married world wide.
You can print the Marriage License Form and fill it out before coming to Las Vegas.

License Fees: The fee for a marriage license is $55.00 cash. Correct change is appreciated.

Marriage License: Requirements for U.S. citizens and Non U.S. citizens are the same.
Applicants must be a Male and a Female, at least 18 years of age, and not nearer of kin than second cousins or cousins of half blood, and not having a husband or wife living.

Las Vegas Weddings Apostille
When a citizen of a foreign country that abides by the Hague authentication treaty is married in Las Vegas, proof of the marriage consists of a certified copy of the marriage certificate (proof that the marriage ceremony was performed) and an Apostille. Some countries may also require a certified copy of the marriage application (license) as well. Please check with the appropriate agency in your country.
The marriage official who performs the ceremony has ten days to submit the marriage certificate to this office for recording. Normally a certified copy of the certificate would be available the following business day the certificate has been received from the official.
The cost for a certified copy of a marriage certificate is $10.00 per copy. An International Money Order ( in U.S. Dollars payable through a U.S. bank )should be made payable to the Clark County Recorder.
The cost for an Apostille is $20.00 each. The money order for the Apostille (in U.S. Dollars payable through a U.S. bank )should however, be made payable to the Secretary of State. This Office will mail the certified copy of the marriage certificate and the money order for the Apostille to the Secretary of State.

A 24-hour Apostille turn around time for a total cost to the Secretary of State of $70.00 ($50 to SOS + original $20 fee).
A 4 hour turn around time (if received by 1:00 P.M. Pacific Time) for a total cost to the Secretary of State of $120.00.
The Secretary of State's Office will forward the Apostille and certified copy of the marriage certificate to the couple or foreign consulate.

Some countries require a certified copy of your marriage certificate AND an Apostille from the Nevada Secretary of State.
The Secretary of State can send the Apostille directly to you or your government.
An Apostille costs $20.00.
You can also order an Apostille with your request for a certified marriage certificate. Please include the cost of both items and we will send the money to the Secretary of State.
